Spring Break Part II

Here's a few pics from our weekend in Llano. We had a great time and came back absolutely exhausted. These are just from one afternoon so you can image all the adventures the other days held!


Mayme is sending me her pictures of the beautiful bluebonnets. They were incredible and I hate that we don't get them up here. I'll post those soon.

Spring Break So Far

Impromptu dinner when we found out the party we were going to on Sunday had already happened on Saturday night.

These are iFans and were sold in 2008 but I haven't seen one since (and I've been looking). I suspect they still exist because I found this picture from a 2011 website.

These were the perfect fans to create instant white noise and a slight vibration for Vin. I held it on his back while rocking him and it worked like a charm!
I've guarded the one I have for dear life for 4 years now but I want another one as a back up.

If you see one please buy it for me!Mayme bought the first one at Wal-Mart so please scout your store for me.

Sunday Funday

This past Sunday we had a Garage Sale. This is part of the grand "to do" list before Reese arrives.
At this house we've learned to only have Garage Sales on Sunday to take advantage of the church crowd. Of course, Lent added to our traffic :)

It was turely more like a party than a sale. The Mom's, Aunt's & Dad's hung out in the front yard, while the kids ran and played and played and played.
Mimosa's &  cupcakes all around while making money... A Perfect Sunday!

Anniversary Plans

Today is our 12 year anniversay. Do you want to know how we're going to celebrate?


I just sent Teri an email saying our evening plans were for me to go to the grocery, make a casserole for dinner, put Vin to be early then we are going to  discuss our budget for the current month thorugh the summer,  fill out our tax forms, then talk about all the plans around Reese's birth (Vin plnas, pack a bag, what still needs to be bought etc. )


Teri responded: I’d rather take the night we had 12 years ago please.

I said I agreed but honestly we couldn't be happier. New baby on the way, sweet Vincent to keep us entertained with his wacky antics, caserrole for dinner. Does it get any better?
